Live Online Horizontal Pump Failure Modes Class

Join instructor Mike Mancini in this full-length course as he discusses the generic failure modes that affect reliability and life in horizontal pumps. This course will feature live instruction in a virtual classroom. Recordings of the class will be available each day for those who are unable to attend one of the sessions live.

Failure Modes provides an in-depth understanding of generic failure mechanisms for horizontal pumps that impact annual operating & maintenance costs. This training enables personnel to better identify root causes, as well as understand and apply cost-effective solutions to achieve best-in-class performance and life for centrifugal pumps.

This training will significantly affect the “bottom line” by providing information to: help eliminate pump-related forced outages; achieve optimal reliability and life; and reduce annual costs for energy, maintenance, inventory and
purchasing.

3 Day Hands-On Pump Training (Denver, CO)

Join us for 3 days of hands-on pump training at our Hydro Rocky Mountain facility in Denver, CO. This seminar will include a hybrid of classroom training in pump fundamentals, inspection, and rebuilding techniques with hands-on modules including between bearings and overhung single stage pumps, a vertical pump, and a multistage split case pump. A shop module will highlight failure modes and case studies from our experienced field service team.
