Centaur’s state-of-the-art monitoring solution provides end-users with continuous (24/7) monitoring services, including automated notifications provided by the software, a dedicated project manager, and assigned engineering support.
As part of Centaur’s monitoring service, Digital Twin models are included in the software interface that represent the machine train components. The Digital Twin is specific to the installed equipment, modeling all major components and accurately representing couplings, bearing models, etc.
In addition to access to the Centaur software and monitoring oversight, Hydro’s monitoring service provides health assessments, diagnostics, and reporting, including the following:
