Hydro Parts Solutions, led by Jeff Smith (President), is a company created and operated by veterans of the pump industry. Prior to joining Hydro, Jeff Smith served as President of a major reverse engineering and part manufacturing company for 16 years and also worked for several OEMs in the pump, oilfield and process industries. Sylvia Gross (Vice President and Director of Operations) worked her entire career in customer service and sales roles in the pump parts industry before joining Hydro Parts Solutions. Jesse Stinson (Director of Technology) has spent the last 10 years developing his reverse engineering skills while working in drafting, machining and pump repair roles.
